Terms & Conditions

Client Agreement

Please take the time to understand and agree to the following four statements:

1.) I understand that a resume by itself won’t get me hired — I am ultimately responsible for the outcome of my job search, including any receipt of interviews or job offers.

2.) I understand that the resume creation process is collaborative — I will respond promptly to all emails from my writer and cooperate with them.

3.) I will show up on time to my consultation and will review any notes from my writer prior to the call.

4.) Once I approve of my Final Drafts after the revision period, I understand I cannot request further edits free of charge.

Timely Communication

We are committed to providing you with the best resume writing experience possible. To ensure smooth communication and a successful collaboration with your assigned writer, we kindly request your active engagement throughout the process.

We have outlined some scenarios and the corresponding steps we will take if communication becomes challenging:

If you do not schedule a call with your writer, you will have three days to do so. If you fail to schedule that appointment, we may notify you that your package will be credited 100%, granting you a 12-month grace period to return and work with one of our writers.

In the event of a missed call, your writer will pause all work and send you a reminder. You will have two days to respond or reschedule the call. If there is no response, we may notify you that your package will be credited 100%, granting you a 12-month grace period to return and work with one of our writers.

If you attend the consultation but fail to respond to the first drafts or subsequent follow-up emails during the revision process, your writer will close the project and send you your final drafts.

If you request to pause the process after work has started on your package, you can do so for up to 30 days. Please note that during this pause period, you cannot add any new skills, qualifications, or jobs that you may have acquired. Once you are ready to resume, your writer will pick up where they left off.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring effective communication during the resume writing process. Rest assured, we are here to support you every step of the way. Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team.

Client Responsibility: You understand and acknowledge that a resume, by itself, is not a guarantee of employment or job offers. The ultimate outcome of your job search, including receiving interviews or job offers, is influenced by a variety of factors beyond the resume, such as your qualifications, experience, skills, networking efforts, interview performance, industry trends, and market conditions. You agree that you are solely responsible for the results and outcomes of your job search efforts.

No Legal Responsibility: While we strive to provide high-quality resume writing services, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes in your job search. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or suitability of the resumes we create. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy of the information provided in the resume before using it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal and sensitive information; however, we cannot guarantee the security of electronic communication or data transmission. You acknowledge that you share your information at your own risk.

Executive Concierge Service Coaching Policy

The Executive Concierge Service includes a 60-Minute Coaching Session with one of our executive coach partners. Scheduling is handled with your chosen partner coach over email, and the following policies apply:

Rescheduling: Once a session is scheduled with your coach, you can email your coach directly to reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the session starts.

You have no more than 60 days after your Final Drafts are completed to hold the session with the coach. After these 60 days have passed, you forfeit the coaching component of the service and your package will be considered complete.

Missing your call: If you miss your scheduled Executive Coach call for any reason, you will have one opportunity to reschedule it. If you miss that rescheduled call, you forfeit the coaching component of the service and your package will be considered complete.

Nature of partnership: The partner coaches in the 60-Minute Executive Coaching Session component of our Executive Concierge Service are affiliate partners, not employees of Let’s Eat, Grandma, LLC. Any opinion or advice offered in the coaching session does not constitute the opinion or advice of Let’s Eat, Grandma, LLC.

Transform Package Policy

By proceeding with the Transformation Package, customers acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We are committed to providing a valuable and timely service to enhance your job search journey.

Job Search Strategy Call Booking: Customers are required to book their Job Search Strategy call within two weeks of receiving their final drafts. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the coaching component, and the package will be considered complete after 14 days from the final draft delivery.

The job search strategy call component of the service is time-sensitive. Customers must schedule and attend the Job Search Strategy call within the designated two-week window to ensure the full utilization of this valuable resource.

Refund Policy: Refunds will not be granted if customers are unable to make their job search strategy meeting or attend the scheduled “Roadblock Office Hours” sessions. We understand scheduling conflicts may arise, but we encourage proactive communication to explore alternative arrangements. If unable to attend the Roadblock Office Hours, customers have one additional month to reschedule.

Service Completion: The Transformation Package is considered complete once the job search strategy meeting component has been delivered or the 14-day window from the final draft delivery has lapsed, whichever comes first.

If your project is extended for any reason, the maximum extension will be capped at two weeks.
