Favorite part of writing resumes: I enjoy making clients say “Wow! Is that really me?” when I deliver a great product that clearly defines their professional accomplishments.
Fun fact:I was a military brat living all over the world growing up, which is a trait that helps me understand so many perspectives and makes me a better writer.

Favorite part of the job: I love getting to connect individually with people in such diverse industries around the world while expanding my own knowledge about incredible job opportunities.
Fun fact: I am a chef who loves to dance and play the drums, and I have created my own pop-up restaurant embracing these three passions (check it out at www.syncopatednyc.com)
Favorite part of writing resumes: I love helping people shine with confidence as they embark on new courageous career journeys, pursue their passions, and fulfill their purpose.
Fun fact: I’m pursuing an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I’m a novice runner with the hopes to complete a marathon!
What I like most about writing resumes: Working with clients from all over the world in various industries. I get to learn from them and portray them in a way that highlights their expertise while still showcasing who they are as an individual person.
Fun fact: I collect playing cards from around the world and currently have over 65 different decks.
Favorite part of writing resumes: Work should never have to feel like work. It should feel like you’re going home. I find joy knowing I’m helping our clients find their way home.
Fun fact: I’m an avid reader and love to immerse myself in fantasy novels. I believe there is still magic in the world. You just have to look hard enough for it.
Favorite part of writing resumes: No words are more humbling than a client saying, “thank you for bringing some joy, positivity, and a confidence boost to my resume and job search process.”
Fun fact: We have a thing about O-names for our family dogs. First came Oscar, then came Otis, and now we are delighted with Ozzy.
Favorite part of writing resumes: I have a passion for learning about different cultures, and writing resumes gives me the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world — I recently learned a few words in Swahili!
Fun fact: I yell and talk to the TV the way some people do sporting events, except I’m probably conversing with characters from my favorite shows.
Favorite part of the job: I love seeing the tangible difference I’m able to make in someone else’s life. Nothing feels more fulfilling than connecting with a client, getting them excited about their next opportunity, and then ultimately landing that dream job.
Fun fact: Reese Witherspoon retweeted me once (so we’re basically best friends.)

Favorite part of the job: The creative minds I get to work with every day! LEG has a wide range of employees with different skills that all collaborate together to make up an amazing company.
Fun Fact: I love baby goats so much that I have spent 4 birthdays going to petting zoos (all in my 20’s) and my husband surprised me with baby goats on our wedding day.

Favorite part of the job: There’s a feeling of strong satisfaction I get whenever I hear from clients that we’ve increased their confidence as a job seeker — whether it be through one of our packages or through our podcast.
Fun fact: I love to produce electronic music during my downtime. Although I won’t be touring the world anytime soon, I can be found on Apple and Spotify as Big Ocean Sound.
Favorite part of the job: I love spreading the word that our services are accessible. People can think working with a resume writer is too expensive, impersonal, or ineffective. I get to clear up their misconceptions, let them know how great our process is, and then watch them thrive.
Fun fact: Once a music major, I can play 6 different stringed instruments!
Favorite part of the job: I love helping people recognize something they’d be able to see about themselves if they were looking in the right place.
Fun fact: I once worked as an elevator operator at a department store in Burlington, Vermont. It was a fun job, but it had its ups and downs.
Favorite part of writing resumes: I love partnering with clients to craft resumes that truly highlight their unique accomplishments. I said to a client recently, “I’ll be your cheerleader!”
Fun fact: I am a published poet, and I frequently participate in a long-standing open mic night in Rochester, NY.
